CASE 'STARTUP'
In working with a startup company, we typically try to first identity the management style, business model and resources. When working with startups in the food and agriculture sectors we assist in many general ma​​ny areas of management, assisting to build the business. We are hands-on, strategically minded and focused on the bottom-line. Currently, we have assignments in West Africa and Germany.
CASE 'MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS'
We provide M&A services particularly to companies that intend to solidify their position in South East Asia.

SE Asia provides large opportunities for synergies in food and agriculture systems. Mai Minds possesses a 25+ years understanding of the local market, its challenges and opportunities.
CASE 'RESEARCH'
Mai Minds fulfills three major rolls: (i) we conduct research that relates to our work in developing companies or markets. This might include certain competitive research and financial research; (ii) we partner with universities and research organizations for specific food, nutrition and agriculture related topics; (iii) we are partners in research consortia that condudct research in areas that are in line with our mission to build sustainable food economies. Current assignments are for some plant varieties growing in arid environments.
